Early Bird Registration: For the rate of $325.00, registration forms must include either credit card information or a check made payable to NEDCC and be postmarked on or before October 19, 2001. Because the number of attendees to the conference will be limited, early bird registration is strongly recommended.
Late Registration: Late registration cost is $400.00. Registration forms must include either credit card information or a check made payable to NEDCC and be postmarked on or before November 9, 2001.
All registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first served basis. Forms and payments should be mailed to Northeast Document Conservation Center, Attn: Ginny Hughes, 100 Brickstone Square, Andover, MA 01810-1494. If payment is by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or American Express), you may fax (978-475-6021) the registration form to Ginny Hughes at NEDCC.
No registrations will be accepted over the telephone.
There will be no facilities for accepting registrations or payments at the conference site.
Your registration will be confirmed in writing prior to the conference so please DO NOT CONSIDER YOURSELF OFFICIALLY REGISTERED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER OR E-MAIL FROM NEDCC.
No refunds or credits for cancellation will be made after November 9, 2001.

Participants are responsible for their travel, meals, and lodging costs. A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided each morning at the conference site.
If you are a person with special needs, please notify NEDCC at least three weeks ahead of the program so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
